It draws on 20+ years of experience of coaching hundreds of leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs in over 30 countries to create an individual support system that will give you inspiration, confidence, momentum, accountability and the necessary tools to make your dream happen.

Our Process

The FutureCraft process has 4 phases:

1. Assess - In the first phase we understand your career history to date, your personality, innovation and entrepreneurial profile and the current situation of your existing or future organisation.

Deliverables:

• 60min leadership lifeline and values exercise (individual exercise)

• 60min career history call (includes leadership lifeline and values debrief)

• Personality assessment (Enneagram RHETI)

• 60min assessment phase debrief call

• 60min business model & strategy analysis of your current or future company/project (if applicable)

Time: 2 weeks in total, approximately 6 hours of your time

2. Envision - You receive a custom presentation with key current and future trends relevant to your career/company and are guided through a visioning exercise to define the ideal situation for 3-5 years into the future including key milestones needed to make it happen.

Deliverables:

• 60min presentation around key current and future trends

• 90min visioning exercise + audio recording

• 60min Vision Board assignment (individual work)

• 60min Personal Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP) assignment (individual work)

• 60min Vision Board and personal MTP debrief call

Time: 2 weeks in total, approximately 6 hours of your time

3. Plan - We create a detailed plan of all the key things that need to happen for the defined vision and purpose to become a reality

Deliverables:

• 60min Vision Embodiment input presentation call

• 60min individual Vision Embodiment Plan creation assignment (individual work)

• 60min Vision Embodiment Plan presentation and Feedback call

Time: 1 week in total, approximately 3 hours of your time

4. Implement - Weekly 60min coaching calls (one per week for 6 weeks) to make rapid progress towards your vision and the outlined plan. This phase can stretch longer if needed, calls can be bi-monthly or monthly and the duration extends accordingly).

Deliverables:

• 6 x 60min individual coaching call

Time: 3-6 months in total, approximately 6 hours of your time for the calls in total + 6-12 hours for implementation assignments (1-2 hours each)

Total time for the programme: 3-6 months, approximately 30-40 hours of your time
